Yesterday, Innovative Ag attended the court hearing to represent our community and hear firsthand what’s happening with SGMA. The Waterboard and KCFB made their cases, highlighting key points on water management and landowner challenges. The Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) was extended until September 13th, 2024.
